I have a passion for preaching and especially preaching that addresses the Christian Life. Soon after I became a Christian I was introduced to the Keswick Christian Life Convention and to many of the noted Keswick preachers. This transformed my life and my view of the Christian life and of ministry. Today, I labor I under the burden of preaching and teaching in a manner that will assist Christians to enter fullness of life in Christ. I was blessed to have two wonderful mentors, both of whom are now with the Lord. For more than thirty-five years Dr. Stephen F. Olford was my friend and mentor. For a number of years I had the privielege of serving on his staff as minister at large. He taught me how to preach, he modeled the life of holiness, he was a living example of Christlikeness. Dr. Robert G. Witty, founder and first president of Luther Rice Seminary was a personal friend and mentor for over thirty years. He encouraged me to write. He modeled gentleness and patience. I miss these two men more than words can express. I desire to be an extension of their legacy.
